Parsons – Ministry of Housing Program PMO - Riyadh

Scheduler/ Planner June 2013 – Present

Develops, establishes, and maintains all aspects of the Project control effort and the planning/scheduling effort on 14 large, complex and demanding infrastructural projects.  And all of the program projects and other client 47 projects.

Duties:

·   Providing and overseeing critical path method scheduling (via Primavera) for construction projects

·   Using TILOS time-location planning software - for scheduling and managing linear construction projects basically infrastructure projects

·   Perform tasks required to develop and maintain schedules for a project. Includes collecting actual dates and quantities installed per schedules, assess progress data supplied by others, and visual inspection.

·   Provide supervision and on-job training to clerical and new hire personnel assigned to area of responsibility.

·   Studies and assesses the target dates for the project and stays completely familiar with the work and the parameters of the work program

·   Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.  Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.  Reports schedule status to all levels of project and Company management as well as to the Client. Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.

·   Gather feedback from site engineers on current technical issues, tools and site progress for progress control and continuous improvement.

·   Standardized all of the contractors schedules in one format

·   Standardized all of the program reports (Monthly, Weekly, Daily, Executive and Dashboard reports).

·   Prepare and update dashboard reports for all of the client ongoing projects.

·   Developing web-based dashboard reports using Oracle BI Publisher

·   Marks-up drawings weekly to assess progress to man-hours.

·   Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.
